i’ve been so anxious lately and i don’t really know why
i feel like it’s a mix of things
i’ve actually been pretty happy these past couple of weeks, but sometimes i get sad again and it’s just bad.
overall i’ve had trouble sleeping.
maybe it’s my allergy medication
